Umm...so I was rewatching the 90s reboot of The Wombles, which included a steampunk-ish helicopter, and came up with this little custom! Derpy with flying goggles, scarf, tool pouch and spanner in her mouth, with an Equestria Mail Service gem-powered autogiro (With mail pouches and pilot's cutie mark on the tail) and Dinky in goggles hanging over the side of the cockpit! Comes in seperate pieces - can be repositioned, rotor rotated, etc. Made from a blindbag, plasticard, putty, brass, copper, flock, acrylic paint and lacquer. Ebay link, usual £0.99 start! [link]
Sculpting from scratch is impressive, what putty are you using? I prefer kneadite (green stuff), but some folk prefer Milliput or Sculpey! Actually, this blindbag seller on Amazon UK posts to Spain, if that's any help? [link]
I tryed some... this is an experiment: [link] with all the details. The finished version is: [link] I mixed the colors and painted fast before the mix got dried, and I'm not specially proud of the result, but for an experiment...
D'aww...she looks sweet! Not a bad sculpt at all, actually, better than my first efforts! One useful tip - green stuff is horribly expensive in Games Workshop, but much cheaper on the internet - I buy 36" on ebay for the same amount as GW charge for 8".
